Create Better Health is Utah’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education program. Create Better Health provides nutrition education to SNAP recipients and food stamp eligibles. Create Better Health offers a variety of classes to expand participants’ knowledge of nutrition, budgeting, cooking, food safety, and physical activity. These hands-on classes are taught by CBH Ambassadors who are trained through the National Nutrition Certification Program and Utah State University Extension faculty and staff.

The Disability Law Center
The Disability Law Center (DLC) is a private, non-profit organization, designated by the governor as Utah’s Protection and Advocacy agency. The DLC believes in a society where abilities, rather than disabilities, are recognized; all people have an equal opportunity to participate; and where all people are treated with equity, dignity, and respect.
