The Disability Law Center seeks to resolve issues at the lowest possible level; however, some of our individual cases do rise to the level of litigation. These are some of the cases the DLC is currently litigating.
Class Action
In addition to individual case work, the DLC also seeks to make systemic change to improve the lives of Utahns with disabilities. These are some of the systemic, class action cases the DLC has filed in the past few years.
