Every year, the Disability Law Center asks the public to tell us about issues that are important to individuals with disabilities. When you answer, please do so based on your experience and relationship with the people with disabilities in your life if you are not an individual with a disability.
The DLC wants to know what services and issues you think are most important. This survey will help our organization decide how to focus our services and best utilize our limited funding. We anticipate the survey will take 5-10 minutes of your time. Please take a few minutes to help us plan for the next few years of disability advocacy in Utah. We will need your feedback by July 22nd, 2024.
