The Disability Law Center hosted a free, online webinar on reasonable accommodations in the workplace. This training focused specifically on accommodations for working from home and requests for leave. DLC staff attorney, Mary Anne, covered what to know when you need to request leave from work whether that be recurring or continuous. She also discussed considerations when working from home, such as whether there are essential functions that can only be done in the office, and whether employees are in similar positions working from home.
