Heidi Willers is an assistant professor of technical communication and rhetoric at Utah State University, where she focuses on accessible design, disability inclusion, and cross-sector advocacy. She brings experience in disability rights, workplace accessibility, and coalition building, supported by her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, her PhD from Arizona State University, and the perspective gained through parenting a daughter with Rett Syndrome. Her scholarship centers the dignity, agency, and legal rights of disabled people in strengthening community and workplace systems.
