Marita is originally from Philadelphia, PA, but has called Utah home for the last 50 years. Marita has been actively engaged with the Understand Us street Tai Chi program for 8 years and is passionate about getting things done with a positive outcome. She feels it is important to lead by example and sees great potential in the work the PAIMI Council is involved in. When Marita isn’t busy advocating for PAIMI eligible individuals, she loves to ski, hike, and enjoy the many adventures the beautiful state of Utah offers.
