The Disability Law Center hosted a panel on December 9, 2024 to discuss special education law. The panel was made up of parent-side special education attorneys, including the DLC, Amy Martz, and Donna Drown. The panel answered questions about IEPs, 504 Plans, and dispute resolution.
The Disability Law Center (DLC) is a private, non-profit organization, designated by the governor as Utah’s Protection and Advocacy agency.
