Give Us Your Feedback

The Disability Law Center is committed to maintaining a dialogue in the communities we serve in order to provide the best services possible to our clients. Your experience and input matter, so in addition to holding an annual public hearing, we invite you to share your thoughts and ideas with us throughout the year.

We also want to provide the best possible services, but we know that everyone may not be happy with the help they receive from us. If you are unhappy with any service you have received or any decision made by the DLC, you have the right to make a complaint. This complaint is called a Grievance and every grievance is taken seriously. All information is kept confidential. Use the form provided in the link or fill out the form below.

You may also review our current goals and priorities this fiscal year and then share your input with us. Tell us what you think about our services, what legal issues you see impacting the disability community, and how you think the DLC should address these issues. Or, suggest a new area for us to focus on in the next fiscal year.

You can also use this form to bring concerns to the DLC, which will be reviewed by our Executive Director, that our agency is not operating in compliance with the Protection and Advocacy of Individuals with Mental Illness Act.

We appreciate all input and suggestions, and we will carefully consider your comments. If you wish to follow up on your feedback or suggestion, please contact us at (800) 662-9080.

In addition to these options, the first ten (10) minutes of every meeting of the DLC’s Board of Trustees are open for public comment (virtually), and we invite anyone interested in sharing their comments visit our Events Page for the date, time, and link to the meeting.
